McAfee is the latest big name in the American sports landscape to announce his participation in TST, the seven-a-side competition scheduled for this summer. He revealed his plans on an episode of the Pat McAfee show, claiming that he will have a "STACKED" roster.

McAfee revealed his participation in an episode with Watt, his good friend and competitor at the tournament. The former Indianapolis Colts punter is set to reveal the full roster next week.

McAfee teased his team on his show on Wednesday afternoon: "On the men's side, you're gonna have company, pal. I have a team in the TST as well. The CONCAFA soccer club will be in TST for $1 million!"

Watt has ventured into the soccer world before. In June 2023, he expressed an interest in entering the tournament. He also hosted Thierry Henry on his show in February, bewildering the Arsenal legend with his mispronunciation of "CONCACAF."
